Website Accessibility Statement

Our Commitment to
Inclusive Design
At Leoserve, we don't view website accessibility as an afterthought or a compliance checkbox—it is a foundational pillar of our bespoke design process. Our signature approach is to marry business development objectives, sector benchmarking, and revenue targets with a methodology that inherently prioritizes inclusivity.

We are committed to providing an inclusive digital experience, ensuring our websites are usable by the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability. We believe that an accessible website is a more robust, user-friendly, and commercially successful website for everyone.
Leoserve's Accessibility
Standards: WCAG 2.1 AA
Our design and development process adheres strictly to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standard. This globally-recognized benchmark ensures that our products meet a balanced, achievable level of accessibility.

This commitment is built into our core process:

The POUR Principles of Leoserve Design

We use the four core principles of WCAG as a framework to measure quality and performance:

Perceivable: Information and user interface components must be presentable to users in ways they can perceive
(e.g., providing alt-text for screen readers, ensuring high color contrast).

Operable: User interface components and navigation must be operable (e.g., supporting full keyboard navigation,
giving users enough time to interact with content).

Understandable: Information and the operation of the user interface must be understandable (e.g., using predictable navigation, clear and concise language).

Robust: Content must be robust enough that it can be interpreted reliably by a wide variety of user agents,
including assistive technologies.

Prioritizing Next-Generation Development

In line with our methodology, we build in two critical, modern best practices that naturally enhance accessibility:
  • Accessibility-Driven Development: We proactively build features with semantic HTML, correct ARIA attributes, and accessible JavaScript patterns, making accessibility an input—not just an output—of our development cycle
  • Mobile-First Approach: By designing for the smallest screen first, we are forced to simplify the User Experience (UX), prioritize core content, and streamline navigation. This inherently benefits users on all devices, including those using mobile-based assistive technologies.

Data Point & Impact
Over 15% of the global population lives with some form of disability. An accessible site transforms a neglected market segment into engaged users.
Search engines prioritize sites with clear structure and content descriptions. Accessible sites often see a significant boost in organic visibility because their code is cleaner and more informative.
Features like clear headings, high contrast, and keyboard operability improve the experience for all users, including those using slower internet connections or temporary situational disabilities (e.g., one hand busy)
Removing barriers from the user journey directly reduces friction. Studies show that 83% of users with access needs limit their shopping to accessible websites. Lower friction leads to higher sales.
Proactive adherence to WCAG 2.1 AA acts as a vital defense against potential legal challenges, protecting your brand reputation and future operating costs.
Known Limitations &
Continuous Improvement
While Leoserve strives for the highest possible standard, perfect accessibility is an ongoing process, not a destination.
  • Third-Party Content: We cannot guarantee the accessibility of external websites or third-party content/widgets that are outside of our direct control (e.g., embedded social media feeds, third-party payment gateways). We recommend our clients select accessible partners.
  • Legacy Content: For websites involving the migration of extensive pre-existing content, some older documents (such as older PDF files) may not fully comply. Our remediation roadmap prioritizes bringing all core content into full compliance.
We conduct regular accessibility audits using both automated tools and manual expert reviews to identify and address any new issues that may arise with updates or new features.Reporting an Accessibility Barrier. We welcome feedback and are committed to resolving any accessibility issues quickly. If you encounter any barriers on a Leoserve-designed website,
please contact us immediately.
